Aria Grand Hotel & Spa

Incredible staff who were so kind and extremely respectful. Wonderful hotel, great gym, nice pool although small and not heated 12.5 m length). Excellent area. They did my laundry for a very small fee. Highly recommend. Front desk staff said hi to me everytime I walked in. Thien and Vi treated me like a queen and were the kindest people I ever met. Highly recommend!

This hotel is absolutely outstanding! Where do I start ! The staff , my goodness Tan and his team and Thien at the door incredible. Always smiling, kind, polite, warm, inviting and helpful. Every time we left hotel and returned we were welcomed with warmth and interest in our day. Morning was ever too much e.g we asked for iron and ironing board and within minutes it arrived The room was really good , beds comfortable, clean , reasonable size , we had the family room for 3 girls on 9th floor and it was good . The bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower The breakfast on 2nd floor was in a bright pleasant room with lovely soft music playing and very attentive staff . The food choices I think were really good. Plenty of variety for a vegetarian The location is fantastic. A short 10 minute walk to the beach and very handy to sit at the Maia beach bar. It is located in a quiet street so there is no noise and there’s lots of little cafes and other facilities around like a supermarket and bank. It really is the perfect location. It is a short grab ride to Dragon Bridge and the night market.

This is our second time on this trip that we have stayed at the Aria Grand and we also extended our stay!!! Tam and all his staff are so nice. Always smiling, friendly, happy and very helpful. The hotel is spotless and we had a great room with lovely light and a view. Tam is a wonderful manager, very professional and you can tell that his team are valued and happy in their roles. It's a great location, close to everything! The pool was refreshing with fabulous views. Excellent value for money. We were always greeted with a smile and nothing was a problem. I would highly recommend staying here. We will be back. Thank you so much.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. My room was very spacious with a generous sized bed. So many choices of food for breakfast. The location was central - Close to the beach and restaurants etc. Value for money. It was so inexpensive. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone to stay at the Aria Grand hotel. Five Stars! We had a lovely time staying at this hotel in Da Nang. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay very comfortable. They allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after we checked out, as our train was not until 6:00 PM. This kindness gave us the opportunity to explore the city without any hassle. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was situated close to the beach, allowing us to enjoy the seaside at our leisure. Everything was convenient and accessible.
